Product Description A stylish, contemporary oak bedside drawer unit, made from solid oak. A low option for your bedside, with a width of 67.5cm wide. These units are perfect either on their own on as wide bedside tables or, you can push two together at the foot of a bed to create an end-of-bed storage solution. Two units pushed together will match the width of a standard UK double bed (135cm). Thanks to their neutral, modern design, they’re also suitable for almost any bedroom style. New: the drawers now have metal, soft close runners. About the Black Lotus Collection: Exclusive to Natural Bed Company, the Black Lotus Collection of solid oak bedroom storage was designed by Peter Bennion. Made up of high quality, stylish storage solutions; beautifully crafted for us by an eco-conscious manufacturer in Europe. To name a few of their eco credentials – They use solar power for over 70% of their energy consumption For every tree used to produce furniture, 10 more are planted Plus, all off-cuts are made into wooden pellets for heating; so no waste! NB: This collection was previously made for us in Vietnam, it is now produced in small batches by an eco-friendly European company. They use a species of oak which is not an exact match to the range we had a couple of years ago. The oak here has a slightly warmer hue and variety in grain and shade. This Cube storage unit has a slightly more natural look with occasional small knots or silver figure (medullary rays) enhancing the unique quality of each piece. Materials: The top, sides and drawer fronts are in solid timber, the infill panels e.g. to the rear and the drawer bases – are veneered MDF (in compliance with EU16516).
