The precision machined swivel provides superior performance on both hand operated and mechanically powered equipment. The metal frames are zinc plated for rust resistance, and there are greasing fittings for all adjustable parts. Popular options include a face contact wheel brake to latch the wheels and a hand operated swivel lock that converts the swivel caster into a rigid caster for direct line travel. Capacity up to 7,000 pounds per caster. Model 30 features a large swivel and wheel bearing which allows for heavy loads and more arduous service. Phenolic caster wheels are capable of withstanding the impact shocks of obstructions or shock loads, and will not develop a flat spot if left parked for a prolonged period.
