Description Rigid Plate Model 30 is a step up from the rigid casters shown on G15 Rigid Caster. These Rigid casters have wider wheels, large wheel bearings, a higher load capacity rating, and a bigger mounting plate than the rigid caster that is shown on G15. It features superior performance on both hand powered and mechanically moved machinery. The 30 Model frames are zinc plated for rust resistance. There are lubrication fittings for the bearings in the wheel. Rigid casters are usually attached to equipment at the opposite end of the push handle and where swivel casters are attached. This enables the person pushing the equipment to be able to control the direction of travel. It should also be noted that Rigid casters have 2 legs perpendicular to the mount plate, therefore they can not move sideways. Equipment with 2 rigid casters and 2 swivel casters must be maneuvered into position. Capacity up to 7,000 pounds per caster.
