Description 15mm cotton spun balls are ideal for using to make smaller paper flower centers. These come in a pack of 24. They are made of spun unbleached paper. Each ball is approximately 15 mm in size and has a single hole in one end which is then perfect for a wire flower stem. You can then cover these small paper balls in crepe paper or tissue, paint them or color them with markers and then create the center you desire.
