If, instead, you do wish to purchase this bed without a headboard but think you may want to add one in future, please leave a note at checkout to request the pre-drilled holes required to add the panel. These holes will not be visible with the frame up against a wall. Please note: a headboard panel cannot be added in future if these holes are not present. Every bed is made to order.
