Stone Bird Bath SBB38 is a Medium/Large sized Purbeck boulder, hand picked from a quarry in Dorset. Naturally rounded, with some stunning features and contours. Measuring 600mm long x 500mm wide x 200mm high. The top has smooth, natural edges and a shallow bowl for retaining water and encouraging birds to an outdoor space. Dimensions of the bowl is approximately 250mm diameter. Light earthy tones will create beautiful shadows across the stone. This garden bird bath will suit both a traditional and contemporary garden design because while it retains natural earthy colour tones it also has a modern feel to it. It could also work to bring some contrast as a feature stone in a more traditional setting. Can also be used as a water bowl or vessel in a Japanese Garden Design. A bamboo spout could be added to drop water into the centre of the bowl and create a different style water feature. You would also need to purchase a reservoir back with pump etc to operate fully as a water feature.
