Product Description This lovely relaxing neck wrap from Meraki relieves stress, and conforms to the body and face. Whether used hot or cold these relaxing pads help sooth sore muscles, arthritis aches and pains. The wrap filling consists of clay beads and the outer cover is made of organic linen, the inner cover is organic cotton. To use: Find a comfortable spot and place the neck wrap around your neck, back or shoulders. You will immediately feel the relaxing effect and, after use, your muscles will feel soothed and refreshed. To Heat the Neck Wrap: Place the pack in the microwave after removing all tags (ensure the surface is clean and dry and can rotate freely). Heat at 20 second intervals (do not exceed 1 minute in total) and carefully check the temperature at each interval. Allow the heated pack to stand for 20-30 seconds before use. To Cool the Neck Wrap: Place the pillow is a sealed plastic bad in the freezer for up to 2 hours. The relaxing wrap measures 65 x 15cm.
